Fairview is an international manufacturer and distributor of fittings and pipe with several sales and distribution centers across Canada and the United States. This new building is its Quebec distribution and sales center.

“For this project, I took a minimalist approach by limiting the number of exterior finishes. At the same time, I wanted to accentuate the building’s expanse by using horizontal fenestration in bands. Inside, the choice of materials and details are sober and contemporary. I created an open hall on two floors and integrated a beautiful architectural staircase leading to the upper floor. On the exterior, while the treatment of the office area is different from the warehouse area, the latter benefits from natural lighting thanks to windowed bands located in the upper part of the walls.
